    If you have never signed in before, you will be asked for some basic information. After this, when you sign in, select the button Login with Okemos K12 ID when prompted.

    The main screen you will work from is the calendar view once logged in. From this page, you will select the New Request button on the top right and then Maintenance Request.

    From here you will start your ticket. Select what type of ticket you are entering. Please see the Flow Chart for more information on this. Most of your tickets will fall into the Custodian Day or
    Night category. If this is routine cleaning not being completed, please select ‘night’ to have the evening cleaning crew be made aware of your cleaning issues. If this is something that is a
    maintenance issue or that needs addressed during the day please select ‘day’. The Flow Chart is available in the Share Drive under all employees and Operations.

    Please be sure that your location explains what building, what room and where in the room is the issue if this pertains to the ticket. The more information you give the better. Please also
    leave as much detail as possible in the Description including your extension in case we need to reach you with questions.
