• The Okemos Personal Health and Sexuality Education (PHASE) Advisory Board surveys parents about the reproductive health and sexuality education curriculum. Survey responses are anonymous and are very important to the board, as parents are the primary sexuality educators of their children. Parent responses assist in shaping curriculum development.     In addition to the parent survey, teachers also survey 4th through 9th grade students after the teaching the curriculum each year.
