Reading 
To go along with our Reading Street curriculum, your child will recieve a homework sheet each Monday in his/her Take Home Folder.  Take your time throughout the week to complete this homework however it best fits into your families' weekly schedule.  Some children like to do a little bit each day, while others prefer to complete it all in one sitting.  Reading homework is due by the following Monday.  You are also encouraged to read together for 10 minutes each night.  You can read to your child, your child can read to you or you can do a combination of both.

Math 
You will receive Math Expressions Homework sporadically throughout the year in your child's Take Home Folder as well.  They will correspond with and reinforce the concepts we covered in class the week before. This homework will also be due on the following Monday.

Miscellaneous
There may be additional family projects/activities that come home throughout the school year.
