• Ingham ISD Proposed Common Calendar
    July 1, 2023 - June 30, 2030

    The following explains the creation of this calendar: Senate Bill 549 was signed by the Governor on October 1, 2007, and enacted at P. A. 101 of 2007. P. A. 101 requires that each intermediate school district and its constituent districts adopt a common school calendar by July 1, 2008. The calendar shall identify the dates for each school year when school will not be in session for a winter and spring break. Beginning in FY 2009, each district and intermediate district board shall ensure that its calendar complies with the adopted common calendar.

    Note: The official Okemos Public Schools' calendar is negotiated between the OEA and the Board of Education and will be published upon completion of negotiations. The Okemos Public Schools can add days to the dates that are set by the ISD for winter and spring break, but cannot take any days away from the approved calendar. The Ingham ISD Proposed Common Calendar is a reference only for future planning.
